    Great 1st time experience at this studio!!! Friendly front desk staff. Clean and great layout inside the studio. Amy gave clear instructions and she had me hooked with a blast from the past, Fat Boy Slim! The class was challenging, but I think I was able to keep up because I practice Pilates twice a week. I would have liked 2 wipes at the end of class to ensure everything was clean for the next client, and an extra 20-30 seconds for each stretch. Overall, I’m happy this studio is in my neighborhood and I’ll be back soon!

    Dailey Barre - LIVESTREAM (recorded)

    First time doing a Dailey Method class. Kiley was fantastic. Class was very challenging but doable, albeit a bit awkward since I’m a first timer. I would definitely do it again. And as a nice bonus, I stayed for an extra 30 minutes doing stretch and release work with a tennis ball.
