I ended up having a coughing fit (but had felt fine before) and had to run out of the class but the staff and other members were very kind in checking on me to make sure I was ok. They also let me schedule a free makeup class since I had to sit out so definitely will be back to take the level 1 class. As a seasoned martial artist, this place is legit!
