    This was my first F45 class. The Volofit (not sure if that’s correct) was a team circuit where you alternate within your team to reach a goal number of reps. It was a good first class because there were pauses and you can go at your own pace. Emily was a great instructor, super welcoming and demonstrated each station (there are also screens to show you as you go around). I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying different class styles.

    I went to a Durability session and really enjoyed it. Dakota was great, from going through how class will flow to correcting my form throughout the workout. I really appreciated the suggestions on how to improve as someone new to strength training. 5 stations with 2 rounds at each station made the class go by quickly. I'll be back for sure!
