    Kelly was amazing. I have an injury and she spoke to me about it prior to class and told me modifications I could use for certain holds and movements during class. Very accommodating. And I still managed to burn lots of calories even with modifications.

    Hot, sweaty, fun work out. Heated yoga with weights and a bit of cardio. People at the studio were pretty friendly. I liked the heat but the room could have used a bit more ventilation with that many sweaty people in it. Small changing room area but very clean showers.

    Loved that she tailored the class to suit my energy to a more slow paced hatha style class. Clean and welcoming space. The door downstairs does lock at 6:15 if you are going to the 6:30 class. Call the studio and they’ll let you in. Looking forward to going again.
