Flow & Restore (60 Min), Warm
see all reviewsLoved this class and the instructor. Only thing was that the mats were super close together and I couldn’t see the instructor. Still great, but classes would be so much better if there was a little more space between mats.

see all reviewsMy first time, I didn't know what to expect, and it was a good experience! The format is constant motion, mostly counterbalanced. Wide range of motion, uses more parts of your joints than you typically use in a regular day. Lauren gives great cues, so it's easy to follow along and transition.

see all reviewsWOW. I have attended a handful of virtual sound baths at different studios on Class Pass and this one with Kerry ranks at the top! Great experience, great audio balance (no moments of startling from loud events or cringing from feed imbalances or ongoing shrill crystal bowls -- you are safe to wear headphones with Kerry!), just the right amount of thought provoking prompts, and a journey of wonderful sounds. He is very grounded and talented. Grateful for this offering! Hope to see it on the schedule again soon.

see all reviewsI go to this class every week and never miss it. Teri Ann is an incredibly wise instructor and the practice is both physically and emotionally challenging. She gets you to bring your full self to the mat and to be curious about what you might find there. I love this journey through the different energies in the body.

see all reviewsGreat class! Challenging but very enjoyable! If you like very quiet tranquil yoga.. I wouldn’t recommend it though. There’s quite a bit of hustle and bustle going on around you so if enjoy a city soundtrack and you’re used to the noises then I highly recommend! We had an amazing dance troop practicing beside us which I absolutely loved and the skate park is beside which is awesome too! Not for everyone though so just a heads up! Emily did a fantastic job of teaching and correcting while practicing social distancing!

They're still working getting somethings like lockers etc. No showers if that's something you look for. The owner was there and she seemed really open to suggestions. I forgot say my suggestion in the moment but I'd recommend putting some noise canceling squares or something similaron the door so the sound of the cafe doesn't leak in to the room.
