see all reviewsSara’s class is the type of challenge I am looking for! She focuses on deep tissue and ensuring that you feel the work your muscles are doing. It’s continuous movement in the specified area and then flows into the next workout. I really love her encouragement and how her classes are structured!

see all reviewsHarris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

see all reviewsLovely studio space that lets in so much light! The class follows true to its name with the first 30 minutes being stretching and breathing followed by a very calming 30 minutes of holding of relaxing positions. Anne was great - gave clear and gentle instructions. The studio provides everything you need from mats to bolsters, bands, blocks and blankets. Will definitely be coming back :)

see all reviewsBarbara is the best! Her classes are challenging but fun. She’s hilarious and super entertaining, but she also pays lots of attention to technique and taking care of your body. She has a background in dance and Pilates and it’s obvious that she really knows her stuff. If you’re looking to be led by a teacher who will make sure you’re well taken care of, Barb is your girl.

see all reviewsThe class was beginner-friendly and Randi was chill. The staff were all friendly as well and the building was cozy. I appreciate the silence in the practice room a lot and everyone was respectful leading up to, during, and after the practice. I left feeling so relaxed, peaceful, and grounded. Looking forward to returning.

see all reviewsReally great class, for all levels. The energy was up and pumping, the songs/music was to the beat of our movements. The instructor, Johnny, was very friendly and motivated the class. I also liked that there was a huge space and the mirrors at the font to we ourselves and watch our form. This class really worked out every part of my body, full 360 degrees!

see all reviewsIt was ok but it wasn’t really cardio. Mostly regular Pilates with a few minutes of jumping. No knocks against the class just letting people know it’s not too much of a cardio workout. probably good if you are looking for more of a regular Pilates class with some a little bit of cardio. I wore my chest strap heart rate monitor and I was only out of zone 1 for 1 minute and 34 seconds. Average heart rate was 81 bpm.
