I liked how she incorporated movements for your upper body. The playlist was super good. If it is your first time, I would recommend arriving early because there is a learning curve with the shoes. My only complaint is that I wish there was more strobe lights and that it was longer because the instructor is really engaging.

You definitely still work up an intense sweat and the work out itself was challenging which I really liked. Byron was such a great instructor. There’s a heated area on one side and non-heated on the other. Mats and equipment are provided which is great because I always forget mine. This is my new go-to spot for hot yoga and pilates!
