    Cassandra’s class was AWESOME!!! There were some last minute cancellations, but even with a small class she delivered with great music, high energy, and one of the most challenging classes I’ve taken at this studio! Highly recommend and will definitely be taking her again!

    Jess Strength (Females Only)

    They've recently changed their class schedule so this is no longer "Jess Strength" but "Advanced Strength or Weights." It's basically a strength training targeted circuit workout. There were a couple of other people in the gym working out on their own and boxing, but I basically got a one-to-one with Victor who challenged and pushed me in a good way in the 9 exercises he had me do. It was a good workout though I didn't feel like I went overboard, but I'm definitely feeling it now in my legs! I want to go back and try their boxing class.
