see all reviewsThey've recently changed their class schedule so this is no longer "Jess Strength" but "Advanced Strength or Weights." It's basically a strength training targeted circuit workout. There were a couple of other people in the gym working out on their own and boxing, but I basically got a one-to-one with Victor who challenged and pushed me in a good way in the 9 exercises he had me do. It was a good workout though I didn't feel like I went overboard, but I'm definitely feeling it now in my legs! I want to go back and try their boxing class.
