    LEAN

The class was super challenging and intense. I would definitely do it again but probably wouldn’t recommend to a beginner, as it moves pretty fast. Amanda was encouraging but didn’t provide any instruction on form, which I would’ve appreciated throughout the class.

    Candlelit Yonder Flow + Restore

One of the best yoga classes I’ve been to in ATL. The flow was straight forward and just challenging enough, the yin was great as well. I’ll definitely be back!

    WORK. REST. REPEAT.

I liked the music and the class was very socially distant and cleaned throughout. I think more rounds of exercise with less time at each would be more beneficial for me but Amanda was very attentive to all students. There is a max of 15 people per class because of COVID.

Keisy has great energy and it was a great circuit workout. It might be helpful to have someone helping in the class along with Keish to show what the moves are when folks switch quadrants. There were a lot of people for just one instructor

    YS - Yoga Sculpt

Im so impressed by this studio. Its spotlessly clean, bright, welcoming, modern and relaxing. However, what made the the experience so amazing was the instructor - Niko! He was amazing - so positive and uplifting, energetic, supportive and overall one of the best yoga instructors Ive ever had. He went around the room to correct our form and cheered us on and provided words of encouragement. Class was challenging but super fun. Overall it was a 10-star experience.

    AcroSkills Class

Great class! All the instructors were very welcoming to me as a beginner and are super encouraging! I did moves I’ve never done before and that was super exciting including inversions! So yaaay! The one thing I’d say is it would be helpful to have instructions for how to get to the class because I couldn’t find it for the life of me after searching for 15 min. Luckily I stumbled across a resident who directed me to it.
