see all reviewsFirst time going to Meghan’s class and she was great but there was a really lively group yelling throughout the class that was a bit distracting. One guy in the front row just kept whooing extremely loudly the entire class and it was hard to get into the music and zone with that happening. Not Meghan’s fault though!

see all reviewsHarris has great energy and I like how the bikes are sufficiently spaced apart so there’s no chance of bumping into your neighbour as you would at many other spin studios here in Toronto. A nice clean studio, definitely recommend! The handlebar on my bike was a bit wobbly though, even though I checked that it was properly clipped on both parts - it didn’t affect the ride too much but it’s also a bit of a safety issue for newer riders

see all reviewsEvery time I go to this studio it does feel a little cramped as so many people are fit into the room, but it is clearly this way because so many people love these classes. The instructors are extremely clear with their instructions so that you can follow along just by listening to them and don’t need to see the movements to follow along. Makes it easier to focus on just your own body and breathing and almost forget about the many people around you. Very comfortable and inclusive space.

Nicole corrected my form a few times with each station and let me know when I was doing better which was super helpful! Definitely challenging but not exhausting, I liked it!
