    5 stars because I like this place. But honestly less complicated ab movements. If you’re doing a dead bug your back should be glued to the ground not hanging off a bosu ball. Also instructors should wear masks or not get as close.

    I spoke with Ashley about my injuries before class started. She offered modifications and checked on me several times throughout the class to see how I was feeling. I appreciate the time she took to give me one on one personal attention with such a large class. In addition to that she was an upbeat instructor with great cues for moves. I would go to her class again!

    I think I've been to almost every spin studio in Dallas, I honestly don't even like spin. I do it for the calorie burn.... but I actually really LIKE the spin classes here at FSC!!! Mike is such an awesome, nice, energetic guy. I find myself coming back each week. Highly recommend!!
