    The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. There is a wide variety of equipment to choose from— it’s worth taking time to explore!! This gym seems well-loved by the people who go there, and it’s very tidy. I was originally planning to come for a Thursday morning swim but am glad that didn’t end up being my plan— the pool is open 11am-6:30pm M-Th, 11-2 on Friday, and 8am-1pm on Saturday.

    FYI LGFG is no longer offered, but did the regular wod. Very welcoming crew. Good at coaching and modifications where needed. Definitely a hard workout but can be scaled up or down depending on fitness level. Members were encouraging.
