Shes super knowledgeable and informative throughout the whole practice while keeping it soothing and relaxing. She led it flawlessly and there was some sound bowl healing at the end. I felt an incredible difference the moment I walked out of the studio. Such a powerful session. I’ll definitely be back for more yin yoga sessions from her!
