    SAMANTHA IS FIRE! This was my first time taking her class and it was amazing! The 7am Saturday class in the fidi is always less full, but she kept the energy super high. Loved her exercises and playlist. So so so good.

    Full Body (60 minutes)

    I really liked this instructor for 3 reason. 1) he actually explained how to do the floor exercises so that people wouldnt hurt themselves, 2) he had the fans on a lot during the class (this actually makes us work harder bc we dont feel like we are going to pass out! Please keep the fans on!), 3) he was motivating but not cheesy. Thank you!

    LOVED this class - thank you, Dorian! He genuinely sounds like hes having fun and its contagious. No Sanskrit in this class (which appeals to me very much). Felt great after class: so many interesting sequences and I feel like I worked every muscle. Thoughtful, clear, helpful instructions and adjustments. Will be back ASAP!

    Aquatic Park - Natural Strength

    Loved this class! This workout was super tough, but definitely doable. We ran up the hill a little bit and did most of our workout with an amazing view of the city as the sun rose. Such a fantastic way to start your day.
