Pj is amazing!! I gotta say though, the bikes here are not that great. Every bike I try wobbles. I really dont like that about this studio. Also the mic was not clear, that needs to be fixed too. Instructor and music was awesome though and I got a great workout!

    Vinyasa

This class was really, really amazing! I've been trying vinyasa classes all over SF (Yoga Flow - Union, Love Story, Yoga Tree, etc), and I think Yoga Garden is the best so far. So this class wasn't heated, but it was fine. Daniel is an amazing instructor; he was very detailed in his instruction and demo just enough. He offered good variations and was very good about mindfulness. He was also really funny. This class will make you smile, be more mindful, feel relax, and just have a great day! Front desk could be nicer/friendlier though. I told them it was my first time and they didn't care too much to point out where things were...

    DANCE: HIP HOP

I love walker! He is by far the most talented and advanced dancer and instructor at Uforia, no question (just look at his Instagram vs the others) But unfortunately that is also why he has some reviews stating that he is too challenging and people get frustrated. I love that his class is challenging and his choreo is more thoughtful! So it just depends what you are looking for - if you want something super basic and uninspired cheerleading moves then I would advise the others. If you want to actually improve and grow as a dancer and have fun / get in a workout while doing it then Walker is your best bet!

Love this class and Zac is great. But we happened to do a floor / abs round and it was actually too difficult, which I normally wouldn’t say. It was piking and side piking back to back with no breaks. I don’t think it was achievable for anyone in the room

One of the best classes I've been to at Burn. The instructor realized I was new(er) when I was having trouble setting up my station before class. He helped me get set up and gave me general guidance on what to expect. He was also very clear throughout class and gave several hands-on or verbal adjustments that helped with my posture. Ritual Hot Yoga

Ritual is great for a good sweat, but I caution beginning yogis as the class is too fast paced if you aren’t familiar with the poses or safe transitions from one pose to the next. Cierra was great and had very clear instructions, it’s just not a class for the faint of heart.

This class was everything I expected and more. This was my first time at this studio and for this class, and after I signed in and took a peek through the door, I couldn't wait to go in. It was warm, dim, and inviting. The stretches aren't always 100% comfortable, which makes this a very productive Yin class, as some classes are more relaxing than this. Still I could zone out and relax and will definitely be back to this class.

Karen was absolutely delightful and could not have been more welcoming to me as a first timer at this studio. Excellent workout too! On par with other good Lagree studios in the area, and classes are 50 minutes, which is a huge bonus. Will be back for sure. Thanks, Karen!
