    RC : (F15MIN) LUNCH BEATS 45MIN

My first ever class and it certainly did not disappoint. Sick beats, and Tasha was amazing. I realised that the other reviews dont mention this, but shoes and towels are provided. There are only 4 showers, and required a bit of wait before its my turn. Would definitely come back again, but probably not during lunch break. Thanks for the great first experience!

Really instructive class, great for calisthenics beginners, but a lot of the things we did could be modified to suit more advanced attendees. Intensity tonight was maybe 3.5/5 to 4/5? Instructor “Pussycat” was an affable dude. Studio has 4 toilets equipped with showers.

    Xtend Barre

Most intense barre class I’ve been to without a HIIT section! LOVED the routine, it pushes you hard but is varied and creative-many different movements I’ve not seen used in other classes. 12ppl in this class so everyone has ample room although mirrors only on one side of studio. Would be nice if the studio had a designated shoes/no-shoes area though, see ppl walking to the lockers with shoes on which is kinda unhygienic if the rest of us have removed shoes to get to class. Would love if showers and towels were provided like some other studios!

    Intro to Bouldering

Class size was a small group of 6, and even though Im an absolute beginner with no experience on the wall, CY was very encouraging and only made us do what we were comfortable in, encouraging but not pushing. The small class size was great in ensuring that sufficient attention was given to everyone. Would strongly recommend to even absolute beginners who want to try out bouldering! Amazing class! It was my first OT class and Ryan really took the time to explain to me on how the system works, and kept a lookout for everyone’s form. I was pretty intimidated when I arrived, but it is actually pretty beginner friendly as you workout at the pace you are comfortable with, and your only competition is yourself. I found the studio extremely cold, and the treadmill blasts cold air into your face while running, but i didn’t find myself a sweaty mess which i really liked. The stats were pretty interesting as well, and makes me curious to see if i would improve. Will return ????????

LC is great. The room is really spacious and the studio is nicely decorated and cosy. LC puts a lot of thought into planning her class and she’s delightful :) only downside is that the shower is combined with the toilet so the toilet bowl becomes wet when you shower (this is bound to create high maintenance issues)

    Yin Yang

First time to this studio and I enjoyed this class very much. Located in an office building, the studio is clean, well-lit and lovingly designed. You can tell that the founders put their heart into establishing this place and practice. Mirrors enable us to check our postures and it is well-ventilated with natural air. The instructor Ying Kai is knowledgeable and patient. He took us through each move with intent and gave good insights on the anatomy of our body in relation to the poses.

First time trying out the reformer machine and cant think of anyone better than Kellie. She was so helpful with guiding me into the postures. Also, her instructions were so clear that my whole experience was so smooth despite me being an ungainly klutz. Would come back again!

Class under ClassPass was actually 1hr long, but it was a good taster of their regular classes which are 1.5-2hrs+ long. The instructors are really encouraging and will correct your form. Very convenient location, just opposite Bugis Junction. Overall great vibes and recommended!
