Allie brings the energy! I do have to say although I’ve gotten used to the smart bikes they easily lose connectivity and sometimes for extended periods of time. It’s gotta affect the class stats. Hopefully CB gets to the bottom of that.

Loved Thomas's energy + the two riders next to him up front. Lots of choreography (some that I've never seen/done before), but you can always opt out and just ride. Someone entered class 10 minutes late and needed help clipping in which was distracting, but otherwise, great ride!

Candlelight Vinyasa
Makayla is such a wonderful instructor. Class was challenging and felt more like a power vinyasa. Great flow and music. The candle lit aspect is kind of an afterthought as it’s held in the HIIT studio but absolutely will be back.

Really liked Stacy’s instructional style. She’s upbeat, mixes up hill climbs and sprints seamlessly, and chose fun, energetic music to keep the time flying by. I’ll be back to one of her classes!

It ended up being a private class for me and my friend with Nicole, and her adorable and cuddly English bulldog named Grace. She dimmed then lights and we got settled in as we introduced ourselves and loved on Grace. The class flew by and before we knew it back in the snow and headed home, totally relaxed and ready for bed. We will be back!
