IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

Great class! They were right outside the Rec Center doors but the stairs from the soccer field. It was just the right speed for me since I’m just getting back into the swing of things. Kelly has a mic and there’s a speaker so you can hear her verbal cues. You might want to bring some bug spray if bugs love you.

    CYCLED! Cardio Sculpt

This is a cute little studio with friendly staff. The spin classes have a much more intimate feel than many other studios given the small space, small number of bikes, and lack of darkness. I enjoyed this class, but I'm not sure I would call it a "sculpt" class. It seemed like a pretty standard spin class to me. This studio has one shower, but no towels, hairdryer, or basic toiletries, so make sure to bring that stuff with you if you want to shower after class.

Great work out! Loved the flow and the tempo. It was a bit distracting know that there was a group of girls chatting at the beginning of class. I like it better when yoga space is reserved for quiet and conversation is encouraged only outside of the room. The instructor either didn’t notice or didn’t care as they didn’t stop talking until class officially began.
