A challenge after doing 3 beginner classes at this studio and many others elsewhere. First time I built up a moderate sweat doing reformer. Pinling is probably the best instructor here and has such a friendly demeanor :)

see all reviewsI was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

see all reviewsSarah’s sequence targeted every part of the core. A lot of classes seem to hit the upper abs more but Sarah’s moves definitely made me feel my lower abs put in work. She was also really encouraging and called everyone by name. Loved her class.

There were a lot of instructions but not a ton of positivity haha. And with how difficult the class is, definitely could’ve used some love. Great workout overall though.

Most of all though, she works in more stretching between sets throughout her class than any other instructor without taking time away from the class. It results in my body feeling a lot better at the end of the class and reduces the risk of injury or pulling something.

Courtney was attentive to all five of us (full class) and created a lighthearted environment that made it feel like we all have been working out together for a while.
