    First class and it was a Great introduction to rumble! Sharon was super encouraging, and I loved being in the 4:30 class because there was less of a crowd. Will definitely be back. Only knock would be sometimes not being able to hear instructions because the music is loud, but you can follow the prompts on the screen.

    Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention.     Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Great class! First time. The lights are kept low, similar to a spin class. Exercises move quickly, but the instructor demos everything. This was definitely more cardio than strength (lots of 20 second intervals basically jumping around) but I liked it. Lots of different fitness levels for fellow classmates. People were going at their own pace. Not intimidating. They provide towels!

    Whomever said this is “weight training for introverts” was spot on. Colleen just wrote the superset circuit on the board and everyone just works independently and leaves when they’re done. There’s no further instruction/cheerleading. But the exercises were great, and it’s a killer class if you want to do some serious weight work without having to think up exercises.

    Loved this class! I went because it sounded like Orange Theory, which I love. I liked this even better. Super challenging - I was sweating the whole time. But also really fun and dynamic. I could have used more instruction. During treadmill, the coach was focused on the floor group so I couldnt always remember the distance we were supposed to be doing on treadmill or rower. Otherwise loved it.

    I was super nervous I was gonna hate boxing & was going to be embarrassingly bad at it, but this class was awesome because the instructor (tall red hair didn't catch her name) and the regulars who attend this class were all super welcoming and extremely happy to help teach me & my friend.     Great class! We started with a tabata-type warmup, then worked on the same move with the barbell, then did HIIT-type cardio and cooled down with some stretching. Caitlyn was really friendly, encouraging, and helpful for newcomers with form and using all the equipment and such. Although classpass said this class was an hour we finished after 45-50 minutes.
