The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

This is the first upper body class I’ve taken over the last several months that included core exercises, which I really appreciate and wish was incorporated into every upper body class (not sure if the instructor or the studio chooses the programming). You have a choice to not wear a mask, but only if you upload your vaccination card. This definitely is a huge plus for me, because I feel a lot safer, knowing that anyone working out without their mask has been vaccinated and verified. My only note is that you might want to bring a thicker mat or an extra yoga towel because the ground is hard and I could feel the grooves of the tiles through my mat. see all reviewsLove Bodymass. Most COVID safe gym I’ve been to (5 ppl/semi private, individual squat racks for distance, everyone masked). All the trainers are knowledgeable & help you push yourself while maintaining safety and good form. Also, the small class size means you get to choose what to work on each day (there are 2 upper, lower and total body workouts available each week) & the trainers are very available to help you make modifications based on your body/injuries/etc, offer adjustments or just answer questions. Woody’s also a great trainer! My first class I mentioned to Woody that I had an issue with my shoulders, and since then he’s routinely checked in to make sure I can complete exercises safely and build strength around the joint. Also, as a woman doing strength training you sometimes encounter men in the gym who underestimate your knowledge or strength but Woody is the total opposite of that. He treats you with respect and encouragement and helps you challenge yourself.
