    Nice, bright space. Upbeat instructor who seemed to pay good attention to our form and gave cues for adjustments. Music played in the background, which I liked, but the pace of the class is good enough to not need the two to pair up. Class was six people and that made it great for individual attention. Felt like I got a good workout in the hour!

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Brian does a great job adapting to challenging circumstances, providing amenities like hand sanitizer and masks, and bringing sanitized kettle bells and other equipment.     Loved this class! I went because it sounded like Orange Theory, which I love. I liked this even better. Super challenging - I was sweating the whole time. But also really fun and dynamic. I could have used more instruction. During treadmill, the coach was focused on the floor group so I couldnt always remember the distance we were supposed to be doing on treadmill or rower. Otherwise loved it.

    Okay, so I ya a blast at this class, but it was NOT listed correctly! The class at the address listed at the posted time was a class by Zum called STRONG. It was not a stretch class at all, but a cardio fitness strength workout. I was not dressed correctly and not mentally prepared, but the instructor was great and it was super fun. I have no idea how this error happened, but I hope it can be corrected for next time.
