    Good pace of class and will definitely be sore tomorrow (in a good way!)! Studio is clean and fresh and the music gets you going in the morning. Individual showers are super nice and make morning work outs so much easier! Will definitely be back 🤗

    This class was great! I would highly recommend. I came for the rep only class (strength training). It was very well planned and Dana even included modifications for every workout. I plan to return for the SPENGA class which includes 20 mins of spin cycling, 20 mins of rep, and 20 mins of yoga. I can’t wait!
