Full Body BurnCycle Power Hour - Pearl

I love Taylor! She always has a 🔥 playlist with great speed variety and super positive coaching/motivation. And I Iove a 60 min class! My only feedback is that I could use clearer cueing. Sometimes either the music was too loud or the mic was too low for me to hear what to do, or other times I needed more of a preview/demo of what to do rather than going from one move to the next right away. But even when I was a little lost, was still really fun. More 60 min classes, please!

Great amenities- the showers were great. Love the location of this Barry’s. Always a great workout, not for beginners as it is challenging cardio and weights, but if you push yourself you’ll feel like a million bucks after.

    Bar Method

I've never done a Barre class before and wasn't fully sure what to expect. I got a tour of the place and the lady at the front was very welcoming. I enjoyed the actual class and it was different from other typical classes! The only thing the beginning felt so abrupt. I had no idea we were starting lol. There is some learning curve, since switching between moves happens pretty quickly. It's one of those you'd have to go a few times to get used to the motions and cues (ie what mats to use and how to use them). I just watched what everyone else was doing and mimicked them. Tashina was a great instructor overall and gave feedback as necessary during the class. I would definitely go back!

Nate was an awesome instructor! He was absolutely personable and made sure I was doing the movements correctly. I did get a bit light headed during my session, but Mate made sure to take care of me, and I was back after sitting out on one set!

Best sculpt class I’ve taken at Core Power Yoga. Instructor was energized, kept us moving the entire time, and had a great play list. Was a tough class, and that’s the point of taking sculpt!
