We did a full body strength workout and they pushed us to the max. It was challenging, but fun at the same time! I will definitely be back!

Ashley was so kind and super knowledgeable and took her time giving some excellent explanations for each stretch that we went through. I walked out feeling good and with some stretches to do at home as well. I will be going back for sure and am excited to try the rest of the classes offered at Nutrifit.
