This was my first time at this gym and basically my first time working out this decade. I would come back. Coach Anthony was so welcoming and encouraging. There were 18 stations we went through thrice — some with weights, some using just your body, and we stayed at each station for 20 to 60 seconds (depending what cycle). There were kids reading in a corner — reading was not one of the 18 stations. You can go at your own pace at each station, but you definitely are motivated to work as hard as you can. Boy, did I sweat. Music was great. Different ages and body types. I am writing this review for anyone who thinks you have to look a certain way or have a certain type of fitness to go to F45. I thought I did, and I was wrong. So I’ll be coming back!
