see all reviewsI loved the opportunity to dance in a studio environment again! It was a traditional dance class, with a warm up in the centre, corner exercises and then choreography. Definitely gets your heart rate up but it’s not a fitness/workout style class. I would have preferred if it was an entire hour so we had more time to spend on floor work before launching into choreo, 45 mins went too quickly. Great for beginners to dance or anyone who grew up dancing and misses the feeling now.
