Barre
see all reviewsI really enjoyed this! Barre is not a typical workout I would do but I felt it was challenging and engaging. The instructor was nice and I felt very comfortable with her. This would be a good class for beginners or for people with more experience! You will be sore the next day :)

see all reviewsKatelyn is a great instructor. I always enjoy her class and the shift to the Strength and stretch format to break up the monotony of the typical class structure. The studio is always so clean and bright. Only suggestion is there was ALOT of white dog or cat hair on the all mats. Very much surprising as this isn’t typically the case. Additionally, I am allergic to pet dander so this is off putting for me personally. I hope that this is addressed for future classes.
