    Difficult class. This was my first time at this studio but I’ve gone to many Pilates machine classes. It was definitely a challenge. The studio is very nice and clean and the staff is friendly. Would definitely go again.

    Sculpere Level II

    Christina is awesome! She explains the movement and takes time to correct the form. Class consists of yoga stretch warm up, followed by ballet barre exercises, brief section of jumps, stretch again, and savasana finale. Lots of fun!
