I really enjoy Heathers class. I wouldn't recommend for a beginner but if you have taken a few classes you would be fine. She challenges you in a way that's not intimidating. Christina is awesome! She explains the movement and takes time to correct the form. Class consists of yoga stretch warm up, followed by ballet barre exercises, brief section of jumps, stretch again, and savasana finale. Lots of fun!Although primarily a physical workout, Sculpere is designed as an all-encompassing approach to health and well-being.

Over the past month I’ve only been doing yoga / cardio so was very nervous getting back into strength training. But atavis was amazing! He made me feel comfortable, I didn’t feel embarrassed at all when my legs started shaking or I was drenched from such a great work out. It’s been about 8 hours since my work out and I’m already feeling incredibly sore and know that tomorrow I’ll be feeling it even more.
