see all reviewsI really enjoyed this! Barre is not a typical workout I would do but I felt it was challenging and engaging. The instructor was nice and I felt very comfortable with her. This would be a good class for beginners or for people with more experience! You will be sore the next day :)

see all reviewsTrain and Nourish is fantastic. As a woman with a physical disability, it has been difficult to find a place where I feel welcomed, can train my body well, and be part of a community that is encouraging and accountable. I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs. A wheelchair could roll right through the front door and get to work.
