I appreciated all of her modification tips for easier or more challenging efforts. Her chill vibe and joyful smile made it worth coming on a rainy day! Decent playlist as well. see all reviewsThe class was great and a good pace, but the instructor was not very beginner friendly. There was minimal explanation or demo and overall Georgia was not very encouraging. However, overall I enjoyed the circuit. The gym is great and really clean!
