    This class is super intense. Would not recommend for beginners if you're not used to doing high intensity cardio exercises back to back with minimal breaks. I was able to modify as needed and take breaks. Gabby was very encouraging and supportive. She took time to check in, cheer me on, and correct my form throughout the session. The vibe is very friendly and welcoming. We did warmup stretches and cooldown stretches which I really liked. Overall, it was a good experience and I would probably go back again to check out more cardio + their other offerings.

    5 stations, approximately 8 mins at each. Bikes/Row station: 40 sec moderate speed, 20 sec sprint, 8 each arm single arm overhead press, then repeat and decrease reps by 1 each round. Bench station: 6 per side bird dog row, 10 dumbbell pullovers, 12 bicep curls, then repeat and decrease bicep curl reps by 2 each round. Turf station: 12 hollow hold single-arm fly alternating arms, 16 medicine ball twists, 10 medicine ball rainbow slams, then repeat. Treadmill station: fast pace to 6 calories, 2 push-ups to alternating toe taps, repeat and add 2 calories and 2 pushup reps each round. Cage station: bench press 6-8 reps (reps in reserve), 10 band tricep pulldowns. There was also a warmup, 2 minutes of abs after the stations, and cool down stretching.

    I LOVE this class! I've gone to vinyasa/yin a couple times with Taye and every time I go, I leave feeling renewed and so much better. The studio is heated which really allows to go even deeper into the yin poses. Whatever soreness or aches and pains I had gets removed by the time I leave class. Taye does a great job verbalizing throughout the class and is attentive to any student needs. I so appreciate her positive energy!

    This is the place to be on Tuesday nights. Seriously, Maxie is the best boxing coach in the DMV and the community in this space is the most supportive I’ve ever experienced. You can come with zero knowledge and you will leave with fundamentals explained and demonstrated and drilled.
