Omg so good! This was my first class with Wayne and it was probably the best spin workout Ive ever had! The music was was good - everything from funk to old school hip hop. LOVED IT!! There was a 10 min arms song and I danced on the bike the entire time! Highly recommend!!

    Fly 45

Second spin class of my life and first at flywheel (after finding soul cycle to be ) and it was actually great! I was consistently 10rpm below what Lauren called out, but she was a motivating teacher with a good playlist regardless (and didn't use the board much, thankfully). Spacious studio too, with good accommodations for newcomers. Now if only spin classes would ditch the dumb arm "workouts" they offer...

This class is super challenging but you leave feeling very accomplished. The format is similar to Orange Theory with treadmills, rowers, and floor/weight activities, but instead of three sections during class, there are two. There is also a lot more partner work, which is cool but if youre not into working out with others, this may not be for you. I really enjoyed the challenge and definitely plan to come back!

Great class! First time. The lights are kept low, similar to a spin class. Exercises move quickly, but the instructor demos everything. This was definitely more cardio than strength (lots of 20 second intervals basically jumping around) but I liked it. Lots of different fitness levels for fellow classmates. People were going at their own pace. Not intimidating. They provide towels!

Justin was incredibly supportive and encouraging of the fact it was my first time -- I really liked him, and he didn't make me feel self conscious at all about not knowing what I was doing. It was super challenging and a little complicated to understand the instructions, but that's the nature of the workout. It's of the most efficient workouts I've ever done -- my entire body was spent afterwards (in a good way!). I did get locked outside for about 10 minutes because I arrived early and didn't know the entry code and my phone battery was dead, and no one could see me stranded outside.

    Sensazao Dance Fitness

This class was a little hard to follow since it seemed like everyone else was a regular and already knew the moves. But it was still easy enough to get a hang of it and a great workout. I burned more calories than I ever have in a 50 minute spin class! Would love to go back

HPF - Hot Power Fusion: Candlelight

Excellent class - Im fairly new to hot yoga and am not sure Im a fan of the heat, but despite the fact that i thought in the beginning that i might pass out it was a really rejuvenating class - both challenging and relaxing. I took this class at the Georgetown studio also and liked this one much better - not only was the music better suited and the cueing easier to follow, but the studio was a lot cleaner.

    Vinyasa Yoga / Sunrise Flow

Good yoga class - great way to start the day. I do yoga pretty rarely so although I might know the move I don't know the name of something. The instructor was good with demonstrating the move, and providing assistance or modification suggestions. Parking - I took their 7am Friday class and found non-zoned free parking easily in the neighborhood behind the studio. They do have mats, blocks, and blankets available for use The studio is on the second floor, look for a gray door that says Georgetown yoga. Leave your shoes on the stairs. Behind the practice room, there is a room with cubbies to keep your personal items
