    The Roots

I liked that the class build up as time went on and it was respectful of tradition. I liked the early morning time. The music was not too loud and the instructor was clear. They also welcomed me into the space, which has great amenities like wooden showers, lockers, and a place to clean your mat.

    TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING

Danielle was great! I appreciate how she welcomes the new members and quickly orients them to the philosophy of the studio. She supports and encourages people to listen to their own bodies, saying “your body is your best feedback loop to tell you what’s right for you.” She’s good at keeping the energy up, and letting us know where we’re at in the workout. I appreciated that, as a new person.

I’m someone with a lot of social anxiety and I take classes like this as a form of exposure therapy! It’s such a fun, safe environment where everyone is actively aware that we’re all being vulnerable and trying something new. Be prepared to look goofy, and most importantly be prepared to laugh! The instructors are always so ready and willing to help you. You barely have to look just a little confused and they’re intuitively at your side ready to help. I took two classes and immediately signed up for the retreat in August because I’m confident no matter what level I’m at I’ll have fun and get a good workout. It’s done wonders for my ability to trust myself, and shaped my ability to face challenges with a

    Cardio Sculpt 60

Tired abs and happy heart after this challenging strength class. There are a range of hand weights available, so I was able to find the right challenge for different muscle groups. We worked balance & deep core along with the 6-pack, all of legs & arms/upper body. Good instructor who offered modifications as needed.
