    Fuzion

I have been going to Pranify yoga for about a year now, and Chelsea is by far my favorite instructor! She is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, non-judgmental, and a great teacher! She is really great at explaining form and helps correct form during class when necessary. She has given me some really awesome pointers to help me improve! I always feel rejuvenated and relaxed after going to one of her classes!

Flexibility Flight | Level 2 | Green Lake

Lovely, calming space and the class worked on stretching while using the sling to assist with balance. Honestly I got a little dizzy from spinning but it was fun! I have some aerials experience but there are still differences between silks and sling, so there were a couple of things I needed a bit of instruction to do, but nothing was too difficult.

    Slow Flow - In-Person

Really great way to wake up on a Saturday. Slow flow was a good balance of flexibility movements and meditation. The instructor was great, and the space was warm and friendly. all props are available, even yoga mats. Good for a variety of skill levels and diverse ages and bodies are represented in the class.

    Cardio Sculpt 60

Tired abs and happy heart after this challenging strength class. There are a range of hand weights available, so I was able to find the right challenge for different muscle groups. We worked balance & deep core along with the 6-pack, all of legs & arms/upper body. Good instructor who offered modifications as needed.

This is a great class if you don’t have a lot of experience lifting weights and need help with your form. The day I went it was all women.
