This class uses barbells and hand weights to work out pretty much all muscle groups (shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, quads, glutes, etc) in a variety of exercises. I was new and wasnt sure how much weight to do, so I wish someone would have helped with that before the class. The rhythm was a little challenging for a newbie, but thats true of most classes. Altogether though a very good strength workout and Im glad I went!As the premier fitness facility in the North Raleigh area, O2 Fitness strives to offer a welcoming, clean, and motivating experience to each customer at all times.
