    Jessica is an awesome instructor! Her encouraging and positive attitude kept me going when I wanted to stop from exhaustion. Also, I had forgotten that there was complimentary coffee post class since it was Tuesday, so I was extra pumped as I left. The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly, as if we’re old friends.     This class was great! I would highly recommend. I came for the rep only class (strength training). It was very well planned and Dana even included modifications for every workout. I plan to return for the SPENGA class which includes 20 mins of spin cycling, 20 mins of rep, and 20 mins of yoga. I can’t wait!

    Amer was excellent. He walked us through a thorough warmup for that specific day’s workout and provided personalized adjustments. I love the MAD workouts (be sure to try all 3 as they are all very different). I’ve learned to appreciate the Durability days which have made me stronger and the Momentum days that help me with endurance.

    Leg day - killer workouts here. The class is accommodating to your needs AND you get a lot of bang with you buck. I’ve been going to about two classes a week (let’s be honest(probably just one per week)) and I’ve got my college body back.
