see all reviewsMaggie was such a fun instructor with great cues! if this is your first spin class, probably WAY too intense for beginners. I'd have to be in a specific mood and energy level to go again, but I would definitely try another Volare class!

see all reviewsThis class was sooo lovely! I will definitely return and try to make this a regular activity in my routine. Shannon was so patient and encouraging. Her voice was so calming, and she explained each movement very well. She also provided assistance when needed. I highly recommend this class!

see all reviewsI was nervous to try out a new studio and a little skeptical that I would have a challenging workout without the heavy weights I’m used to, but I had the best workout and experience! Mary Courtney was so incredibly welcoming (even before I told her it was my first time). She pointed out 2 other class participants who are fellow instructors so that I could look to them to mimic moves. The music was really loud and I’m hard of hearing so couldn’t always hear the movement instructions, but watching the other class members helped and Mary Courtney came around to give adjustments and pointers so I felt really supported. After the class, I was sore for a couple days! Can’t wait to go back.
