Well this is weird. I loved it! I am generally not the biggest fan of spinning though I do occasionally find a studio or instructor that gives me a glimpse into what everyone else is so jazzed about and I guess this is one of those for me. Chris was so friendly and had great energy- lead an invigorating class. The studio is clean and chic. Cassidy at the front desk was also very welcoming.

Jess is great. I can’t leave her enough great reviews. She challenges me, physically and emotionally. She gets it, in the sense that the desire for change doesn’t need to come from a place of pain or hurting, and that the process of changing can be joyful. Working out doesn’t feel like punishment or penance or all the other anxieties that come with exercise for some people (like me, who struggle with eating disorders and body image). I love hearing her talk during class cause it’s encouraging on a deeper level and gets me out of my head. Oh, and I leave that place dripping wet.

    Vinyasa Flow/Urban Zen Integrative Therapy

The flow portion is vigorous enough to give you more than enough sweat drops, and the urban zen gives you a great connection to yourself and all the students in class.
