You guys, this is the real deal. Chava is the owner of this studio who recently came back to teach. Im learning so much. Its almost like training to be an instructor. Very specific, wry deep, very hands on. Its not the crazy, sweaty thing, but its just as challenging, in a whole new way. Ill be back.

Absolutely loved this class, which was challenging and yet adhered closely to the alignment principles and foundations of true Pilates.
