    Good challenging workout The format was 5 stations with 2 exercises at each station, which you did 2x for 45sec each and then rotated. Repeat.     IN STUDIO: Sweat + P30 Booty - MASK REQUIRED

    I was very impressed with the COVID safety precautions, including the spaces marked on the floor and smaller class sizes. Sarrina was very friendly and encouraging. The title is ACCURATE! you will sweat and your booty will be on fire! I was confused as to how this class works but they do a HIIT style workout for the first 30 minutes (the sweat) and then transition to barre exercises for the second half (P30 booty). I liked it and will return!

    Great class- no bs sales pressure. Challenging workouts. You can push yourself/ go at your own pace. I would encourage people to look at the workout format for the day on the companys website (ex core focus, lower body etc) as it rotates weekly. Would suggest women wear pants as you might use the bike for cardio. Also, if youre considering joining, Id say the most affordable and well rounded workout for your money in the Clarendon area.

    Bodymass Blast

    Dawit was great. I did find the exercises to be very similar to the blast class I attended two weeks ago. It would be great to incorporate a little more variety class-to-class. That being said, I always love coming to Bodymass classes.

    So glad I finally got around to taking a class here! All the staff were so warm and welcoming! I’ve taken so many classes at nearly every studio in the area and this is the first time I was able to do sprints out of the saddle without the bike feeling like it was going to fall apart. Plus Janelle had great music and unique, fun choreography. PLUS I love that each month they support a local nonprofit. Will definitely be back!
