Brendan is a really great coach! I returned after taking a long break and appreciate how he gives feedback during class. Highly recommend for anyone getting back into lifting after a long break or for newbies wanting to learn in a welcoming, friendly environment!

    MXT

Took MXT with Cory, which mixed cardio with weights and conditioning in AMRAP sets. The exercises push you and gets your heart rate going! Also appreciate that Cory was attentive to all the stations with encouragement and checking your form. The community also seemed nice and full of regulars. Be prepared to just come and go - the studio is located in the Meridian building and doesn’t have changing room/restroom facilities of its own.
