    In Studio - Vinyasa

Top notch instruction. Really enjoyed that the class was powerful without being fast. One awareness about the studio: they crank the heat up high so you will work up a sweat, but there are no showers so it's not great if you're headed to work...

Fun, pre-choreographed class set to 1990’s and 2000’s music. Great for people who love moving to music but who avoid difficult or fast dance moves like in Zumba class. Lots of jumping, jumping jacks, and squats. No equipment needed.

Richard is a wonderful and talented instructor. Bala classes tend to overbook so be prepared it will be tight and that there might not be enough equipment . Richard did a great job accommodating for a full house.

Pablo was awesome! Got plenty of cardio and the music and choreography were all great so it was fun the whole time. Class was quite full.

I typically do heated vinyasa (~85°) and wasn't quite prepared for the heat of this class (~108°)! Drink a lot of water and rest when you need it. The instructor was great, clearly very experience and gave easy to follow guidance. She offered corrections and remembered everyone's name, despite there being a few first-timers. I don't prefer this style of yoga, but it's definitely one of the best I've tried in the Seattle area and I would recommend it to anyone interested in Bikram style.
