see all reviewsTrain and Nourish is fantastic. As a woman with a physical disability, it has been difficult to find a place where I feel welcomed, can train my body well, and be part of a community that is encouraging and accountable. I have found this at Train and Nourish. The staff is wonderful and any class is good for all levels of fitness. It is also accessible to people looking to exercise who have additional mobility needs. A wheelchair could roll right through the front door and get to work.

see all reviewsGiovanni is an awesome instructor! Prior to starting class, he asked me if I had any injuries, if I had exercised the day before, and what goals I want to achieve in today’s session. Based on my answers he personalized a workout for me. It was challenging but burned in the best way. Facility is nice and lockers to keep our stuff in. Towels were provided but wished there were mirrors to see ourselves in.

see all reviewsEveryone in this space was super nice and it seems like a really positive community space for the members. I could tell that it’s a social space where members and instructors are friends. The music was great. A few small areas to note are: the sign out front has a different name from the classpass listing so that was a little confusing, there wasn’t anyone there checking new folks in so there was some uncertainty we were in the right place and where we should go, and it’s more of a technique class than a cardio workout (not a bad thing!).
