see all reviewsThis was a different type of class, using a roller to roll out legs, hips, shoulders. It also has strength poses like straight arm and forearm plank on the roller and a lot of core work. I really liked it. It's a great way to open up hips and shoulders as a complement to yoga /Pilates /barre. I'll definitely be going back.
