    Let me start by saying that I am NOT a hot yoga fan and this was a very hot class, that said Larissa is an excellent instructor. I appreciated her no-nonsense calm and soothing voice - it made me feel like I could hold the pose.. clear cues.. definitely will take her class again!

    First time attending this gym. Great staff overall. As everyone's mentioned, Piper is excellent. I arrived 20 minutes earlier and had a thorough walk through from Piper on expectations. She also kept an eye on me as a fist timer to assure I was staying on course and received the help I needed. Honestly loved every bit of it. I was able to improvise the movements my body wasn't yet ready for and received the motivation I needed. I will be returning.

    This is the perfect class for anyone who does a lot of intense working out like me. I was very sore from all the HIIT and barre and needed this level of healing and attention to my muscles and joints etc. I’d love if Exhale had these classes weekly.
