see all reviewsI always love the chance to spin on a Saturday. Mia did a very good job under Lisa’s fine tutelage. I pushed hard. Maybe it’s only me but I totally dislike a clap durjng a spin. It first of all, hurts my ears and secondly has no apparent benefit to the spin. I spin best with a soothing voice and no jarring hand noise.

Her voice is so calming and relaxing that it made for a flawless transition into each hold. It takes practice and dedication to deliver that type of trance-like meditation. Her Yin is so soothing and healing; one really gets the sense that she cares about the guidance she’s delivering. Also, her adjustments and cues are impeccable; it’s as if she’s practiced from every angle and knows her contraindications very well. Simply the best!!!

see all reviewsThis was the coolest class I have ever taken. You could tell there is a deep understanding of the best most intuitive ways to teach martial arts and self defense. I learned more in one session than I learned in a month of grappling elsewhere. And the skills are real and can be applied to feel more confident in real life. This gym has 5 stars for a reason it is really just in a league of its own. Wish I could go every single day.
