Yin
see all reviewsAimee Lynn is amazing. We weren’t even into the first pose before my body was melting into the mat. Her voice is so calming and relaxing that it made for a flawless transition into each hold. It takes practice and dedication to deliver that type of trance-like meditation. Her Yin is so soothing and healing; one really gets the sense that she cares about the guidance she’s delivering. Also, her adjustments and cues are impeccable; it’s as if she’s practiced from every angle and knows her contraindications very well. Simply the best!!!

Jodi was personable, engaging, and focused on letting us know that where we are physically in yoga or, in general...is okay, which was necessary and very much needed. She was what I needed today! Will definitely be back!!
