see all reviewsThe office manager did my facial while tending to the front office. My facial was cut short in sevices despite being there for close to two hours. At some point, I was left with a chemical peal for longer than usual, and some of it got in my eye, so I had to step outside the room in a towel to ask for help. The person helping me tried her hardest, but I feel management needs to ensure that the staff is available to take on the clients. Definitely will be looking for an alternative spa.
