I had gone to thee gym prior but decided to take the high intensity workout class here, it worked out different parts of your body if that’s what you’re looking for. The instructor was on it, making sure you’re not holding back but also taking time to check on everyone to make sure their form is correct/they are not slacking. He applied pressure but was motivating, there was a good balance. 10/10, would go again, just not on a day that I already went to the gym haha

see all reviewsI don't typically do this type of workout so I was initially intimidated but it's a great class and very welcoming! I'm always impressed he knows exactly what weights I should use that are heavy enough to be a challenge but not so heavy that I injure myself. Definitely recommend!

It was known to the members as a Boot Camp class, when advertised as a Strength Training on here, so come prepared to sweat! But don’t be afraid of that label, like I said it was paced well and the Owner is a great instructor who gives personal attention. The equipment is varied and I loved the incorporation of the shake machine for relaxation after a 3 min sprint. This class reminded me of Orange Theory. I loved the small class size.
